Our receptionists can assist you with your request to register with the practice. We hope you will soon get to know how we work! You will be asked to attend a new patient health check shortly after joining the surgery. This allows us to catch up with any problems before your records arrive and also gives you the chance of a good check-up.

Although you may see any GP in the practice, it improves your care if you see your registered doctor each time you attend.

If you change your home or mobile telephone number please inform our reception.

Also, would those patients who have put a bar on incoming calls from a withheld number please note that the practice has a withheld number and, as such, the effect is that we cannot contact you directly if you have put on a bar.

This does have implications if we try to contact you as a ‘call back’ or try to contact you if we have to change your appointment at short notice. Your phone will not allow us to do this!
