If you need an ADHD or autism assessment, you have a Right to Choose your preferred provider. You can find more information on this right and what to consider when selecting a service here.

This page explains Dyneley House Surgery’s approach to ADHD and autism referrals. Please read it alongside the general Right to Choose guidance.

Local NHS services

Dyneley House Surgery will take on shared care prescribing for patients assessed by:

Bradford and Airedale Neurodiversity Service (BANDS)

Child and Adolescent Health Service, provided by Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust

Other providers accredited by West Yorkshire ICB

The providers listed in the tables below also hold a contract with the West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB). Choosing one of these services has two advantages:

Faster referral — We can refer you immediately without asking the ICB to confirm a contract is in place. (This does not guarantee a shorter waiting time for assessment.)

Shared care — We will take over any medication prescribing started by these providers.

Choosing other right to choose providers

You can still choose a different Right to Choose provider, but please note:

There will be a delay while we check with the ICB that an NHS contract exists.

We will not take over prescribing from providers not listed on this page.
