What is a Patient Participation Group?
Patients working with a practice to:
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of services
- Foster improved communication between the practice and its patients
- Help patients to take more responsibility for their health
- Provide practical support and help to implement change
What is the Dyneley House Group?
The Dyneley House Patient Participation Group (“PPG”) comprises of a number of volunteer patients, including;

What Does the Group do?
The Group meets regularly in order to discuss how we can improve the services provided by the Practice. We will be producing a newsletter to keep you informed of developments and changes. For example the Group is currently working with the Practice to arrange a 'health & well-being' day in the autumn. We will also provide a means of feeding back your comments, concerns and suggestions to the practice management.
What the Group Cannot Do
We cannot handle complaints. Also, we do not have access to confidential patient information.
How Can You Help?
Meetings are held on Wednesdays and take place in the Surgery from 6.00pm - 7.00p.m.

All meetings are normally on the third Wednesday of the month from 6pm to 7pm but this can be changed if required.
